Both individuals and charitable organizations may submit a request to Recycled-PC, Inc. for a computer system. Charitable organizations will need to provide proof of their non-profit status.
Please note: as we do not have the ability to deliver equipment, you will need to contact us to make arrangements to pick up your donated PC.

If you prefer, you may request a computer from Recycled-PC, Inc., by downloading and printing the application pdf, below, and mail it to Recycled-PC, Inc. The address is included on the pdf form.

Please note: Depending on your pdf program, you may be able to type in the fields as well as click on check boxes and radio buttons. You may also be able to do a File > Save As and place the completed form on your computer. In this situation, you can attach the form to an email and send it to [email protected]
